TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment will be deducted at the time of your booking/reservation from card details provided, together with any additional extras or options (early check in £15, or late check out £15) wil be charged at time of reservation.
If cancelled within 7 days prior to your stay, full payment applies and will be charged.
Dogs on request and subject to room availability at £25 per dog, per night. Maximum of 2 Dogs.
Please ensure you contact reception on 01353 699333 prior to arrival to confirm you have correctly booked a Dog friendly room. PLEASE NOTE: Our room type 'Superior' is our only dog friendly room with a deposit of £50.
If you have booked a non dog friendly room an additional £50 charge will apply for a deep cleaning after your departure.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED AND BOOKED A DOG FRIENDLY ROOM!
RESERVATION CHANGES: amendments or changes to your reservation will encounter a discretionary administration charge of £15 payable at the time of a change and any future date changes will be subject to any future price increases.
